Ride All Day AB, 556926-6155, and the brand “Stickerbomb.wtf” (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Stickerbomb.wtf”) provide customized, on-demand printing of goods, sales and other related services .

This Agreement contains the terms of use of our website, prettygoogdstickers.com (the “Site”) and services, including all orders placed and processed for products or services on or through the Website.

By using the website and/or ordering products through the website, you agree to be bound by these terms. You also agree to follow our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

We may change these terms from time to time. You will be notified of and prompted to accept any changes to these Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may not use our website or order products or services from us.

Consumer vs. business

For private individuals, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Purchase Act.

For companies, these conditions shall primarily apply before the Purchase Act and other dispositive law.

TERMS OF USE

Registration of an account

When you register an account on the Website, you warrant that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. If you find out that someone has used or is using your account without your permission, you must immediately report this to support@stickerbomb.wtf.

You agree that you are responsible for all orders placed or other actions taken through your registered account.

We may collect, store and use any information about the Website, such as technical information, information about your use of the Website or other information that you provide (“Information”). We may use information to, for example, administer the website, contact you, keep the website secure, prevent fraud, check compliance with these terms or deliver products to you and receive payment from you.

We may disclose Information to any of our employees, agents, suppliers or subcontractors to the extent that it is reasonably necessary for the purposes stated above. In addition, we may disclose information to the extent required by applicable law.

Ownership

We own all rights, including intellectual property rights, to the Website and the content contained or displayed on the Website, including, but not limited to, patents, copyrights, designs, trademarks and trade secrets. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring the above rights, or any part thereof, to you.

Disclaimer of warranty

We warrant that the Site and the content displayed on it do not, to our knowledge, infringe the rights of any other person or entity.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS IS”, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND AND THAT YOU. USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the Site is to unregister and stop using the Site.

Termination of account

We may close your account, in whole or in part, with immediate effect and without notice, for any reason or not, but especially if we believe that you have violated or will violate any laws, rights or terms of these terms or other agreements that you are party in with us.

TERMS OF SALE

We print stickers and other goods on request. You can create and design your own merchandise through our website by using our sticker creation tool and uploading texts and graphics. Any such text, graphics or design that you upload is referred to below as “Your Content”.

Place an order

Before you place an order, you will be told what your order will cost, including shipping (but not necessarily local charges such as sales tax or duties), and you will be given a preview of your product. Review a preview of your design carefully and correct any errors before placing your order.

We are not responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by you or for errors or mistakes in uploaded images, substandard image quality or low resolution of uploaded images, design errors you created, errors in user selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.

When you place an order, you create a binding offer of a purchase agreement. Your offer is accepted by us when you receive an email from us confirming your order.

If a product is sold out, we have the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Reservation of ownership

All products remain our property until full payment has been made.

Fee for cancellation

If you, as a consumer as defined in the Act on Consumer Purchases of Goods (Swedish Consumer Purchase Act), cancel your order before you have received your products, you will only receive 50 percent of the amount we have charged you for your order back. If the products have been shipped at the time of your cancellation, you must resend them at your own expense. If you do not resend them within a week of receipt, we will not refund you any amount.

If your cancellation causes us greater costs/damages than 50 percent of what we have charged you for your order, we have the right to demand such costs/damages from you by set-off and/or by an additional payment from you.

The above does not apply to companies or other buyers who do not qualify as consumers under the Consumer Purchase Act. Companies have no right to cancel their order with us.

Payment

Payment method is selected on the website when you place your order.

All transactions conducted through our website are handled and completed through dedicated third-party gateways to ensure your protection. Credit card information is not stored and all card information is handled via SSL encryption. Read the terms and conditions of the payment gateways chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Right for use

You grant us, free of charge, the non-exclusive, sublicensable right to copy, modify, distribute, use, create derivatives of, and rasterize and/or vectorize Your Content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and/or marketing (digitally and otherwise ) our or our affiliates' websites, products and services to you and others.

Your Commitments and Warranties

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights (including copyright, trademark, publicity rights, etc.) to use Your Content and that we can produce your product containing Your Content without infringing the rights of any third party.

You represent and warrant that Your Content does not defame or defame any third party.

You represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights to permit us to copy, distribute, use, modify, create derivatives of, and vectorize Your Content for the purposes of completing your order and/or marketing our or our affiliates' websites, products, and services to you and others.

Refuse to print or terminate the sales agreement

We may, in our sole discretion and without liability, refuse to print an ordered product and/or terminate a sales agreement with you if Your Content violates the terms of this agreement, the law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Returns

We do not accept returns on customized products ie. products that are manufactured according to your instructions and that contain your uploaded material.

Damages

You agree to indemnify and defend us and our directors, officers and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms or (ii) any lawsuit, claim or demand arising out of or related to Your Content.

Disclaimer – defective products etc.

Misspellings etc.

We are not responsible for spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors that you make, poor quality or low resolution of uploaded images, design errors that you introduce, errors in user selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.

Deviations in the delivered quantity

We will do our best to deliver the correct quantity ordered. However, some variations are inherent in the printing process and you accept that minor variations are immaterial and that we have no responsibility for variations of less than 10 percent of the quantity ordered. For other variations, our sole responsibility is to grant a credit equal to the undelivered quantity of products.

A deviation in this respect shall not be considered a fault of the delivered product.

Variations in color

We will do our best to get the best possible color reproduction of Your Content when we manufacture Your Product. However, variations are inherent in the printing process and you accept that we cannot guarantee an exact color match between Your Content and the printed product that is the subject of your order.

A deviation in this respect shall not be considered a fault of the delivered product.

Deviations when cutting - stickers and other printed matter

We will do our best to cut your product to get the best possible match of your product shown in the preview before you place your order. However, variations are inherent in the printing process and you accept that we cannot guarantee an exact match between the delivered product and the product shown in the preview in terms of how the sticker is cut.

A deviation in this respect does not constitute a defect in the delivered product.

No responsibility for your use of the product

We are not responsible for any damages (including property damage) incurred as a result of your use or placement of our products.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not damage the surface on which you choose to place our products.

Complaints - Consumers

For consumers, we comply with the Consumer Purchase Act and your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with this Act.

Complaints - Business

If you, as an entrepreneur or company, have received a damaged or defective product, you must make a complaint immediately after receiving the product.

The complaints procedure

Both private individuals and companies must, where appropriate, inform us of defective or damaged products and return defective products in accordance with the instructions under "Complaints and returns".

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable to you for lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with any agreement between you and us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any agreement between you and us shall not exceed the lesser of SEK 1,000 or the amount of cash actually exchanged between you and us during the last six months. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability described in this section. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

For returns sent from abroad, clearly label the package with “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return costs. Any charges are your responsibility. You must return the goods within 14 days of sending us a return notice.

Transport damage and undeclared packages

If a product is damaged or lost in transit from us, the shipping company shall be deemed responsible and a complaint shall be filed immediately with the carrier. If a product is damaged or lost if you return it on your own initiative, you as the sender will be held responsible for the product. Therefore, we recommend that all shipments are carefully packed in original packaging or equivalent packaging. And should also be sent as trackable shipment.

If a package is not collected at your post office within 14 days, you will be charged a handling fee to cover return shipping and delivery costs, in accordance with the new EU rules (SFS 2005: 59) (20140613) customer orders within the EU.

Delivery outside Sweden

-Shipping cost and delivery depends on where in the world you live. Check prices and possible delivery time at checkout.

The Act on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises

You as a private person have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. There is no right of withdrawal if the total price to be paid is less than SEK 400 or for specially manufactured products.

For in-stock products, the right of withdrawal begins on the day you received your delivery (if the delivery is on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the right of withdrawal begins on the next working day).

If the product has been handled in such a way that it has lost its full value, this will be deducted from the refund. The product must be in such a condition that it can be sold again. We reserve the right to deduct the write-down.

Returns must be made to the address stated above under "Compliance and return process".

You are responsible for the return costs. No refunds will be made for shipping costs for a delivered product.

For all returns, it is extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it is not at risk of damage. Always contact us before returning a product.

Choice of team

Any disputes must be resolved in accordance with Swedish law.
